§  15.714   TV bands database administration fees.

   (a) A TV bands database administrator may charge a fee for provision of
   lists of available channels to fixed and personal/portable TVBDs and
   for registering fixed TVBDs and temporary BAS links.

   (b) The Commission, upon request, will review the fees and can require
   changes in those fees if they are found to be excessive.

   Effective Date Note:   At  74 FR 7326 , Feb. 17, 2009, § 15.714 was added.
   This section contains information collection and recordkeeping
   requirements and will not become effective until approval has been
   given by the Office of Management and Budget.
