Dolby has discontinued charging for the ACC-DCP-LIC license that enables the SMPTE 430-10 protocol required for third party captioning systems. Users of Dolby/Doremi servers that require the ACC-DCP-LIC license to enable captioning can now download a license based on the server serial number from ftp://ftp.cinema.dolby.com/Feature_Activation_DLMS/ACC-DCP_dlms/.
