JSD-100 v150619 Release Notes

This is a preliminary version that hard codes AES15/16 to the LFE2/3 outputs to allow for 16 channel operation.
With this version, the LFE output trim still controls all LFE outputs. The individual LFE output trims on the
Crossover, etc. page can be used to set the individual LFE output levels. 
There will be future updates that provide equalization for these outputs.
