NOTE that early versions of the IRC-28C firmware have an option to reboot the system on lease terminate. This setting is on the left side
of the configuration page (under DCS configuration) on these early versions. This MUST be set to NO and the settings saved for firmware updates
to work. If this is not done, the system reboots in the middle of the upload of the firmware, and you end up back where you started.
