  §  54.1510   Stage 2 mobile carrier eligibility.

   Facilities-based mobile carriers that provided mobile wireless services
   to consumers in the Territories as reported by their June 2017 FCC Form
   477 shall be eligible to participate in Stage 2 of the mobile Uniendo a
   Puerto Rico Fund and the mobile Connect USVI Fund, respectively.
