§ 68.348   Changes in equipment and circuitry subject to a Supplier's
Declaration of Conformity.

   (a) No change shall be made in terminal equipment or protective circuitry
   that would result in any material change in the information contained in the
   Supplier's Declaration of Conformity Statement furnished to users.

   (b) Any other changes in terminal equipment or protective circuitry which is
   subject to an effective Supplier's Declaration of Conformity shall be made
   only  by the responsible party or an authorized agent thereof, and the
   responsible  party will remain responsible for the performance of such
   changes.
