§ 68.201   Connection to the public switched telephone network.

   Terminal equipment may not be connected to the public switched telephone
   network  unless  it  has either been certified by a Telecommunications
   Certification Body or the responsible party has followed all the procedures
   in this subpart for Supplier's Declaration of Conformity.
