Sec.  90.431   Unattended operation.

   No person is required to be in attendance at a station when transmitting
   during normal rendition of service and when either:

   (a) Transmitting for telemetering purposes; or,

   (b) Retransmitting by self-actuating means a radio signal received from
   another radio station or stations.
