Sec.  90.121   Canadian registration.

   Form 410 shall be filed by Canadian licensees desiring to operate in the
   United States under the terms of Article 2 and 3 of the Convention between
   the United States and Canada concerning operation of Certain Radio Equipment
   or Stations (which entered into force May 15, 1952). This form may be
   obtained from the Department of Communications, Ottawa, Canada. That
   department should also be consulted by U.S. licensees desiring to operate in
   Canada.
