Sec.  69.413   Universal service fund expenses.

   Expenses allocated to the interstate jurisdiction pursuant to  Sec.  Sec. 36.631 and
   36.641 shall be assigned to the Carrier Common Line Element until March 31,
   1989.  Beginning April 1, 1989, such expenses shall be assigned to the
   Universal Service Fund Element.
