Sec. 87.505 Frequencies.
The assigned frequencies available for assignment to Civil Air
Patrol land and mobile stations are contained in the frequency table in
subpart E. The frequency, emission, and maximum power will be determined
by Headquarters Civil Air Patrol in accordance with the Civil Air Patrol
Communications Plan.
