    \3\ * * * Applications for licenses to use frequencies in this group 
must include statements showing what procedures will be taken to insure 
that interference will not be caused to stations in the industrial radio 
services.

    \5\ * * * In other areas, certain existing stations in the Public 
Safety and Land Transportation Radio Services have been permitted to 
continue operation on these frequencies on condition that no harmful 
interference is caused to remote pickup broadcast stations.

Radio Service.
