Sec. 73.3544  Application to obtain a modified station license.

    (a) An application for a station license using the forms specified 
in Sec. 73.3536 shall be used to cover the following changes:
    (1) A change in the type of FM or TV transmitting antenna where 
prior authority from the FCC is not required to make such a change. See 
Sec. 73.1690, Modification of transmission systems.
    (2) A change in the output power of FM or TV aural or visual 
transmitters to accommodate a change in the antenna type or transmission 
line.
