Sec. 5.408  Waiver of technical and operating requirements.

    Subject to the provisions of Secs. 5.405, 5.406, and 5.407, the 
provisions in subparts C and D of this part are waived insofar as such 
provisions require a station authorized under this subpart to observe 
the technical and operating requirements set forth therein.
