Sec. 2.1302  Application for registration under part 68.

    An original application for registration and one copy shall be filed 
on FCC Form 730 by the party who will be responsible for the conformance 
of the equipment with the standards specified in part 68 of this chapter 
and shall include the information specified by the form and in 
Sec. 68.200 of this chapter.
