(LCS) for Industrial/Business Pool Station WPMP213.1For the reasons set for the below, we deny the petition for reconsideration. 2.Background. On February 20, 2007, LCS filed an application to modify its license for Station WPMP213 by adding nine 12.5 kHz "offset" channels in the 470-512 MHz band.
