- users in the 2360-2400 MHz band. Authorized Locations. We sought comment on whether it would be appropriate to restrict the use of MBAN transmitting antennas to indoor locations in certain frequency bands, and noted that our WMTS rules restrict antennas to indoor use only, while the MedRadio rules provide for the use of temporary outdoor antennas. We are modifying Sections 95.1203 and 95.1213 of the MedRadio rules to provide for indoor-only MBAN operation in the 2360-2390 MHz band and MBAN operation at any location in the 2390-2400 MHz band. Our decision on this issue is consistent with the approach suggested in the Joint Proposal. We find that limiting MBAN operation in the 2360-2390 MHz band to indoor locations within health care
