- Security Bureau, may request an audit of the Public Safety Broadband Licensee's expenses at any time. (i) Proposed Annual Budget. As part of its annual budgeting process, the Public Safety Broadband Licensee shall submit for approval to the Chief, Public Safety and Homeland Security Bureau, and Chief, Wireless Telecommunications Bureau its proposed budget for each such upcoming fiscal year. Section 90.1403 is amended by revising paragraphs (a) and (b) to read as follows: § 90.1403 Public Safety Broadband License conditions. (a) The Public Safety Broadband Licensee shall comply with all of the applicable requirements set forth in this subpart and shall comply with the terms of the Network Sharing Agreement(s) and such other agreements as the Commission may require or allow.
