PART 87-AVIATION SERVICES SUBPART D-TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS Brief Description: The part 87 rules set forth the conditions under which portions of the radio spectrum are made available and licensed for aviation services. Subpart D sets forth the technical requirements for licensees operating in the aviation services, including power and emissions, modulation and transmitter control requirements, and equipment authorization.
