Takingthese considerationstogether,wethereforeundertaketargetedactionstoamelioratemanyofthespecific existingobstaclestocompetitiveaccesstoMTEs,whilerefrainingatthistimefromanycomprehensive regulationoftheaccessmarketplace.Inaddition,weseekfurthercommentonthecurrentstateofthe marketandonpotentialfurtheractionsthatmaybecomenecessary.Weintendtoactivelymonitor developments,includingtherealestateindustry'sprogressonitscommitmenttodevelopmodelcontracts andbestpractices,andwewillconsidertakingadditionalactionifthecurrentimpedimentstoconsumer choicearenotswiftlyameliorated.Inthisway,webelievethatwebestpromotethepublicinterestin achievingubiquitousavailabilitytoconsumersofcompetitive,diverse,andadvanced telecommunicationsserviceofferings.
