- We hereby remove the second printed version of Sections 76.1702 and 76.1802. Section 76.1510 of the Commission's rules applies certain Part 76 rules to open video systems. The rule, in part, states that the Equal Employment Opportunity (``EEO'') Requirements shall apply to open video systems and specifically cites the Commission's cable EEO rule provisions that are applicable, including §§ 76.71, 76.73, 76.75, 76.77, and 76.79. As discussed, to better enable cable operators to comply with the Part 76 public file requirements, the Commission reorganized the requirements into three new subparts. Subpart U contains the recordkeeping requirements. The Commission's cable EEO public file rules are contained in Sections 76.1702 and 76.1802.
