Amendment of Parts 73 and 76 of the Commission's Rules Related to Program Exclusivity in the Cable and Broadcast Industries, 3 FCC Rcd 5299, 5316, 5319 ¶¶ 104, 118 (1988) (``1988 Program Exclusivity Order''), recon. denied in pertinent part, Memorandum Opinion and Order, 4 FCC Rcd 2711 (1989) (``1989 Program Exclusivity Order''). 47 C.F.R. §§ 76.93, 76.103, 76.122(b), 76.123(b)-(c), 76.124. Sections 73.658(b) and (m) of the Commission's rules, 47 C.F.R. §§ 73.658(b), (m), limit the geographic area of the exclusive territory that licensed commercial television stations can obtain from a network or non-network program supplier. - distributed superstation when the network non-duplication rights to such program are held by the commercial television station providing notice, except as provided in (j), (k) or (l) of this Section. Television broadcast station licensees shall be entitled to exercise non-duplication rights pursuant to § 76.122 in accordance with the contractual provisions of the network-affiliate agreement, and as provided in § 76.124. In order to exercise non-duplication rights pursuant to § 76.122, television stations shall notify each satellite carrier of the non-duplication sought in accordance with the requirements of this Section. Non-duplication protection notices shall include the following information: (1) The name and address of the party requesting non-duplication protection and the television broadcast station holding the non-duplication right; (2) The name
