These include: (1) Sections 73.132 and 73.232 -territorial exclusivity for AM and FM stations; (2) Section 76.1208-broadcast of taped or recorded material; (3) Section 73.1740-minimum hours of operation; (4) Section 76.1212--sponsorship identification; (5) Section 76.4180-payment disclosure; (6) Section 73.4055-cigarette advertising; and (7) Section 508 of the Act-prohibited contest practices.
