- Rather than issue experimental letter authorizations, the procedure we described in the Implementation Order, we will allow the LPTV stations that are eligible for the pilot project to participate in the pilot project for the term of their LPTV licenses, including renewals of those licenses, subject to early termination if irremediable interference occurs, pursuant to the statute.
