We find that WFTV-TV Holdings, Inc. (WFTV-TV Holdings), licensee of station WRDQ(TV), Orlando, Florida, apparently violated Sections 73.670 and 73.673 of the Commission's Rules (Rules), by failing to comply with the limits on commercial matter in children's programming and failing to provide to program guide publishers an indication of the age group for which its core programming is intended, respectively.
