Eliminated, by revising Sections 1.903(c) and 22.3(b), the requirement that an authorization be obtained to operate general aviation airborne mobile stations in the Air-Ground Radiotelephone Service. Eliminated FCC Form 409 and deleted references to that form in Sections 1.1102 and 1.2003
