  §  90.379   Technical standards for Roadside Units.

   DSRCS Roadside Units (RSUs) operating in the 5895-5925 MHz band must
   comply with the technical standard Institute of Electrical and
   Electronics Engineers (IEEE) 802.11p-2010 (incorporated by reference,
   see § 90.395).
