  §  64.6070   Taxes and fees.

   No Provider shall charge any taxes or fees to users of Inmate Calling
   Services for, or in connection with, interstate or international calls,
   other than those permitted under § 64.6020, and those defined as
   Mandatory Taxes, Mandatory Fees, or Authorized Fees.
