§ 1.1942   Other sanctions.

   The remedies and sanctions available to the Commission in this subpart
   are not exclusive. The Commission may impose other sanctions, where
   permitted by law, for any inexcusable, prolonged, or repeated failure
   of a debtor to pay such a claim. In such cases, the Commission will
   provide notice, as required by law, to the debtor prior to imposition
   of any such sanction.
