applications.

   Spectrum leasing notifications or applications submitted pursuant to
   the rules of this subpart are assigned file numbers and service codes
   in order to facilitate processing in the manner in which applications
   in subpart F are assigned file numbers (see § 1.926 of subpart F of this
   part).
