§ 87.275   Scope of service.

   Aeronautical fixed stations provide non-public point-to-point communications
   service  pertaining to safety, regularity and economy of flight. These
   stations must transmit, without discrimination, messages from aircraft which
   have entered into cooperative arrangements governing the operation and
   maintenance of such stations. Aeronautical fixed station licensees are
   required  to transmit, without charge or discrimination, all emergency
   communications.
