  § 73.2090   Ban on discrimination in broadcast transactions.

   No qualified person or entity shall be discriminated against on the basis of
   race, color, religion, national origin or sex in the sale of commercially
   operated AM, FM, TV, Class A TV or international broadcast stations (as
   defined in this part).
