  § 1.2101   Purpose.

   The provisions of § § 1.2101 through 1.2114 implement section 309(j) of the
   Communications Act of 1934, as added by the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation
   Act of 1993 (Pub. L. 103-66) and subsequent amendments.
