§  2.945   Sampling tests of equipment compliance.

   The Commission will, from time to time, request the responsible party
   to submit equipment subject to this chapter to determine the extent to
   which subsequent production of such equipment continues to comply with
   the data filed by the applicant (or on file with the responsible party
   for equipment subject to notification or a Declaration of Conformity).
   Shipping costs to the Commission's laboratory and return shall be borne
   by the responsible party.
