Sec.  80.963   Main power supply.

   (a) A main power supply must be available at all times while the vessel is
   subject to the requirements of the Great Lakes Radio Agreement.

   (b) Means must be provided for charging any batteries used as a source of
   energy. A device which during charging of the batteries gives a continuous
   indication of charging current must be provided.
