Sec. 76.1514 Bundling of video and local exchange services.
An open video system operator may offer video and local exchange services
for sale in a single package at a single price, provided that:
(a) The open video system operator, where it is the incumbent local exchange
carrier, may not require that a subscriber purchase its video service in
order to receive local exchange service; and
(b) Any local exchange carrier offering such a package must impute the
unbundled tariff rate for the regulated service.

Effective Date Note: At 61 FR 43178 , Aug. 21, 1996, in Sec. 76.1514, paragraph
(b) was revised. This paragraph contains information collection and
